"We’ve had some trouble in the past with another rental management company—especially with not handling owner and tenant questions in a timely fashion. Sometimes it would take a week for a tenant to get a simple toilet fixed or a ceiling fan working. They have a full-time person in charge of taking and assigning maintenance calls, so everything gets taken care of quickly. If a repair is above $500, they contact me first for approval and make recommendations. But anything under that amount is just handled by them and I never have to worry about a thing! The repair contractors they work with are less expensive than the ones I was using too! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!"

I’ve had management companies that miswrote contracts stating that I would pay for utilities (not what was agreed to) to managers that had no idea what a CMA was costing me tens of thousands of dollars in lost rental revenue. That last one still stings. I, and my pocketbook, fervently wish that I had found Craig and Your Place years ago when I started the rental process. When I first started with them, I expressed interest in adding a bedroom to my property. Craig was reassuring and easy to work with, and the bid for the bedroom came in under what I was expecting to pay. Their website is easy to use and navigate and a far stretch better than some of the management websites I’ve had to use in the past. Craig responds same day to emails and texts, which is a huge relief when there are issues. I recently sold my property, to which Craig represented me as my realtor and did a fantastic job. I am a real person. This is a real post. Don’t be fooled by mom and pop companies with management percentages too good to be true. I’ve gone down that road, and that’s not anywhere you want to be. Save yourself the hassle and go with Your Place as your management company."
